我们致力于重大疾病的分子诊断研究,分子诊断是实现精准医学的重要途径。我们研究工作的特 点是综合运用多学科交叉的方法,来加深我们对于疾病早期诊断和个性化治疗的认识,并提供新 的临床诊断技术。
我们的研究工作已经惠及病人和社会,转换为分子诊断产品 2 项。这 2 项产品已获得中国医疗器 械批文和欧盟 CE 临床诊断证书,并荣获北京市自主创新产品等奖励。
The age of preventive, predictive and personalized (3P) medicine is coming. Two major drivers of 3P medicine are extracting the molecular fingerprints of each individuals and developing ultra-high sensitive and throughput technologies for measurement. By intimately integrating the interdisciplinary approaches of medicine, biology, and engineering, we are investigating omics repertoires from single cells and single individuals, developing new tools and discovering new biomarkers. The overarching goal is to improve the early diagnosis and personalized treatment of infectious diseases, inherited diseases and cancer.
We are actively involved in both basic and translational research. Two diagnostic products from our research have been certified by China FDA and European CE, and both were selected as National New Products and Beijing Independent Innovation Products.
