研究领域与方向 Research Fields
主要从事微流控与生物芯片方面的研究工作,主要包括:一是基于微流控、纳米和传感器新技术开 发用于临床分子诊断和法医 DNA 检验的微型全分析系统及其关键提取、扩增和检测技术,实现分 子诊断和法医物证分析的自动化、现场化和微小型化;二是开发用于细胞培养、操作和分析的阵 列化微流控技术平台,高通量地实现对细胞表形与基因型的多层次系统化分析,用于干细胞微环境、 药物筛选和单细胞测序等方面的研究工作。
Dr. Peng Liu's research interests are mainly focused on the areas of microfluidics and biochip, including: 1) Using microfluidic, nano, and novel sensor technologies to develop fully integrated microsystems for point-of-care molecular diagnosis and forensic DNA analysis, as well as key methodologies for nucleic acid extraction, amplification, and detection; 2) developing novel microfluidic cell microarray platforms for cell culture, manipulation, and analysis, to realize systematical characterizations of cell phenotypes and genotypes in a high-throughput manner for stem cell niche, drug discovery, and single-cell sequencing.
